For standard bus transfers, you can update the time up to 2 hours before the pickup. Modifications can easily be made through the app or website by accessing your booking details.
In the unlikely event that your chauffeur is unable to reach you due to unexpected circumstances, such as traffic accidents or road closures, you will receive a full refund. We strive to ensure your experience is seamless, but if disruptions occur, you're entitled to a 100% refund.
For hourly bus bookings, you can cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup and receive a full refund. For per-transfer bookings, cancellations made up to 2 hours before the pickup time are also eligible for a 100% refund.
